It’s 3 months into the year… how are your New Year resolutions going? If you’re like most, you tucked that resolution list in your back pocket and may have forgotten about it. If that’s the case pull it back out, un-wrinkle the paper, and let us help you get back on track!

  1. Start Small: Large goals can seem very overwhelming. Take your goals and break them down into SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. Use these smaller goals to keep you focused and energized!
  2. Shout it From the Rooftops: Okay, this may seem a little overboard, but don’t keep your resolutions to yourself! Tell your friends and family so they can keep you accountable. Next time you run into them, they will ask how you’re doing. You don’t want to let them down with disappointing news, do you?
  3. Pen and Paper: Write down your dreams and goals, don’t just keep them in your head. Hang it up on your wall, refrigerator or bathroom mirror. Somewhere that’s visible for you to see every day. This will help you keep tunnel vision on these goals.
  4. Vision Board: Maybe a list of resolutions just isn’t motivating you. Jump onto Pinterest and find images that relate to your goals. Print them out, grab your glue stick and make a fun vision board! These visuals will bring your resolutions to life and make them more attainable.

Remember – a goal without a plan is just a wish. Take time to make a strong plan and be a GOAL DIGGER!
