Pregnancy Symptoms
Think you’re showing pregnancy symptoms?
Here are some common early pregnancy signs.
How do I know if I’m pregnant?
If you missed a period, don’t panic. There are other reasons you might have missed a period. Early pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS symptoms and not every pregnancy will have the same signs and symptoms.
Common early pregnancy signs:
- Missed Period
- Spotting or Light Bleeding or
- Cramping
- Swollen/Tender Breasts
- Fatigue/Tiredness
- Nausea/Morning Sickness
- Frequent Urination
- Darkening of Areolas (the skin around your nipples)
- Food Cravings or Food Aversions
None of these symptoms are a sure sign of pregnancy. Even a home pregnancy test isn’t always accurate.
The best way to confirm whether you are pregnant is to take a lab quality pregnancy test followed by an ultrasound.
Harmony provides these services free of charge in a one-hour pregnancy confirmation appointment.
